Choo choo

for awhile the cork was sure
tight within the bottle top
uncaring to the fists
of acid hearts
but then one evening I opened it up
slow to rise with fizz and pop
a whistling at the touch of AIR
oxygen in the stream
i let a little out and then
a little more
b4 tamping down the cork
now wet awkward and
awry toward
warding off
spills
but the bottle now stains
and the cork bloats
i am unsure
if i can use it anymore
