The Fear: Time Signatures

Can we talk about time signatures in this piece? I've been making music for a while on my computer, but I've always stuck to 4/4 time, so trying to count something not in 4/4 is pretty hard, because I try to make everything 4/4 in my head. I've been trying to reverse this, but it's really been hard.

That said, I heard this piece and loved it. Everyone is saying it has a bunch of time signatures changes, but is it REALLY a BUNCH or is the tempo changing a lot?

The beginning part, after the drink blood sample....I think it might be 7/4? I tried counting it out...still not sure. The other parts just feel like 4/4 to me but at different tempos. Is that true, or am I psyching myself out?

Anyway, if anyone could help me with this, that would be awesome, thank you.

Ride's flow is syncopated at the beginning; it's still 4/4. The next segment (pre-chorus?) is probably 6/8.

I think the tempos the same throughout, its just the time signatures that are changing.

You can count the chorus in 3 groupings of 5/4 but it's probably just Zach playing zach

I’m pretty sure the chorus is 4/4, the verses with the keyboard riffs are 4/4, and the parts in the middle are 6/8
