Found several of these under a couch in Oklahoma.

Looks like a Carpet Beetle Larva. They feed on stuff like dust so it's common to find them under furniture. They're harmless, although their hairs can cause skin irritation

It does look similar but mine is much smaller. The caption for the carpet bug says the photographer spotted it crawling up the side of his house. My bugs are less than 1 mm long.

Visiting a relative and kept getting bit by bugs on the couch at night. I put a bed bug trap under one of the legs and caught about 10 of these guys. I don't think they are bed bugs. Nobody else in the house has issues with bug bites.
