Eats orders that aren't ready

I just want to see how you guys handle this. When you arrive and they haven't made the order yet.

the other night this happened with me and an order at a subway that was inside of a Walmart. When I arrived and it said Uber Eats she said all I haven't made that order yet.

she said it would be 5 minutes but there were several people online so I was like well I'm not waiting I'm going to cancel the order. So I cancelled the order put it under other and stated why.

give me like 10 minutes to get there I don't understand why then they wanted me to wait while they made it. We have the order ready right?
