Asus Strix 1060 6gb or Inno3D/Palit 1070 or even 1070TI

Hi. My brother’s GPU have broken down and the question was what new GPU to buy. He plays at 1080p 60hz so 1060 should be enough. Personally, I have 1070 Asus Strix and I'm completely satisfied. About Palit and Inno3d heard but I do not know what quality there because price is almost similar to Strix 1060. I would like to hear your opinion. Thank you in advance.
