Pick a random winner, different amount of entries per contestant

Waiting on OP

I found one thread on the subject, but it's been dead for 2 years, so I am opening a new one (which was suggested to the OP from the mods).

I need to pick a random winner out of 84 contestants. They all have varying amount of entries ranging from 1-72. I've calculated their win chance in procent (as it sounds, their total amount of entries divided with the total amount of entries, example =A1/C90) and I now have to pick a winner based on this.

I didn't fully understand the dead post from before, so I am hoping that someone can assist me in how to do this easily.

I use Excel 2013 in English though it's a Russian ehm.. you know, version I've borrowed lol, not that I think it matters, but you never know.

Example of how my spreadsheet looks: Name, value of entries per their individual action, total amount + their % of entries.

Contestant 1 1 1 1 1 3 1 1 9 0,73% Contestant 2 1 1 1 1 3 1 3 1 1 1 14 1,13% Contestant 3 1 1 1 1 3 1 3 1 9 1 50 72 5,81% Contestant 4 1 1 1 1 3 1 3 1 4 1 50 67 5,40% Contestant 5 1 1 1 1 3 1 3 1 1 1 14 1,13% Contestant 6 1 1 1 1 3 1 3 1 1 1 14 1,13% Contestant 7 1 1 1 1 3 1 3 1 12 1 25 2,02%

Thank you to whoever can help! <3
