[Request] Speakers with USB or SDCard input to play MP3s

All I want is to play my mp3 music without the need of a computer in a room that is far away from my wireless network.

My idle solution would be stereo speakers (2.0) with USB or SDCard input so I can copy my music to a flash drive or card and attach it directly to the speakers and play them (which means the speakers need to have play/stop/prev/next buttons).

I don't want it to be portable as it will not leave that room. No need for bluetooth (I'm not going to connect it to phones or tablets etc) and no need for radio. I understand that I might have to get some or all these features included, but I'm looking for a product in the range of $15 or below.

Or if you approach this differently, what device do you suggest to satisfy this need (Standalone device to play mp3s)?
