OBS ingame fps-drops

Hey Guys,

I'm recently streaming League of Legends via OBS. I can play and stream on a decent framerate (~125fps) but suddenly after an hour or something my League framerate drops to ~25fps what makes it impossible to play... I wanna add that i have the same issue with SLOBS. (i know this is not a SLOBS sub)

Even stop streaming or closing (SL)OBS doesn't help. All that helps is a restart of my PC.

I already tried a lot. NVENC and x264, locking ingame Framerate, several Bitrates and resolutions, lower framerate in the stream. I did turn off all overlays like Nvidea-experience or windows-streaming stuff. I also manually updated OBS. AND NOTHING helps! The Temperatures of my CPU and GPU are on a decent lvl as well.

I also read a reddit-post about a windows update fucking things up but neither of those workarounds didnt help and there isn't "using memory capture" in the logfiles anyways.

Anyone else having this problem or even better has a solution for this? I'm kinda frustrated about this...
