Google Pixel (5-inch) Android Veta Ypdate not working.

So I tried to download the newest beta build OTA, but I am not able to download it. I tried over my wifi and mobile data. It allowed me to download and Install it on my wifi (which I didn't initiate), but as soon as I switched over to the Mobile Data it just said this. Switiching back and forth between them yielded no results. I tried restarting the phone and my router, clearing the cache and resetting the phone's settings to default. Anyone else have this issue?

Edit: turns out my phone needs to be plugged in for the whole process. Still won't let me use my Mobile Data, even from a hotspot but it's something.
