Koam's heart on a non fire build...with acrobatics?

Is this a good idea? I wont make sure of fire damage and the armor will be cut in half, but if I want alot more survivability is this worth it? I'm a quill rain barrage/ts poison build if that makes a difference, I figured I could have my 6 link on barrage and psudo 5 link a tornado shot with shaper gloves or something.
