Samsung Galaxy S5 KLTE, phone randomly reset. Get the LOS setup wizard screen

Overnight my phone somehow got reset. I got this earlier, almost a year ago. Suddenly the phone acts like the phone is new, starting the setup wizard and having the stock background, like everything is reset. Yet when I see the installed apps I see them installed in the settings (I can't get past the wizard yet), and I see my SD card still attached as shared storage and it still has it's contents. Is there any way to fix this in this stage?
