New motherboard and cpu

Hi there. In a few hours I should have my new intel 8700k and asus z370-p. I currently run an intel 6100 and h110 chipset. Do i have to uninstall the mobo drivers without rebooting? And if yes, what drivers? Because I don't wanna reinstall windows. Thanks!
