Pay as you go SIM card for USA

Hi guys, I will be staying in Virginia for couple of months and I would like to buy prepaid Sim card for tourist. Would H20 would be good choice? I need lets say 500 MB of data a month and 60 minutes, only few texts. If I create account on the website to top up will they need American address? And I would like to be on AT&T.network.
