In SF, brewery recommendations

I know cellarmaker, fieldwork and almanac. Barebottle is on my radar.

I of course know toronado for a bar, as well as mikkeler.

But what am I missing? Black Hammer worth it? Barrel Head? Throw out your musts.

Going to hit alpha acid on the way home, too, but they were closed when we drove by on the way up.

Anyone up here doing big, bold stouts? Belgians? I like IPA as much as the next guy, but always looking for something different.

Also, if anyone local wants to do a trade I brought some Green Cheek, equilibrium / other half collab, humble sea and Beachwood with me.
