Jack O'Chica is actually canonic? Do we really play as Henry?

She makes refference to the fire that killed people, even if it is in FFPS or in FNAF 3, she needed to be there to know about it and refference it, and if sherefferences it, it means that the person we control in the game must have some relation to the fire... So maybe that quote from Jack'o Chica is a refference to the fact that we play as Henry, cause he is the person who set fire to the buildings...
