Firefox PIA has permanently adjusted my window size.

Since installing the PIA extension for Firefox, the browser opens in a window, rather than fullscreen like I always have. Uninstalling the PIA extension doesn't fix this. Is there a way of stopping this? It's really getting on my nerves.
