Why does my laptop fail to run any type of video game? Even flash games

I put the specs in this album, it's an HP http://imgur.com/a/h8iiEin

Do I just have terrible CPU? It's not a gaming laptop so I get not being able to play high quality games, but my laptop suffers terrible lag when simple flash pixel games. Is this normal?

I have another Acer laptop that has the same problem, here's the specs for that one http://imgur.com/a/noErJQX
