Twitch streams stuck on loading circle

Can't view any stream. The stream is simply stuck on a grey screen with a loading circle in the center. Chat works fine and ads work prior to stream loading.

Tried DNS changes, switched browser, turned off adblock and used the desktop APP. Nothing has worked.
