Qop help and visage

Hi bois i'm 4k trash player and i struggle playing mid qop ( the only hero i can play mid ). I'm wondering how should i itemise this hero?
And question about visage is why her wr jumped for 7% in this last patch? Is it visage worth picking as pos 5 in my bracket?
