Is anyone getting co-op bonuses after the latest "2.0" patch.. or ever?

Been playing since release and have only seen 1 co-op reward. Since then, through all the patches, starting a new community, wiping and re-installing, I have played 6 or 7 times to reward level 3 yet have received nothing.

Both my wife and I play on xbox (she has an S and I have an X). She has never gotten a reward and has earned level 2 or 3 at least a half-dozen times.
