Games fail to launch. If they do they are slow, freeze, and crash.

So a couple days ago I got knocked out of a match in Destiny 2 along with most of my team (Think it was DDOS). Ever since then my console is having problems. Games are failing to load up, freezing or crashing, xbox turning itself off. I've tried hard reset, power cycling, uninstalling reinstalling games, even a factory reset. I just need to figure out what the problem is so I can start trying to fix the issue.
