Can a phalloplasty be done on someone who is very thin?

Yeah, thats my question. I'm pre underweight and I most likely always will be, as my body seems very comfortable with being underweight. I'm looking into phalloplasty for the future though, and I'm wondering if it can even be done on someone who is thin due to the limited amount of skin avaliable
