Question about sequence of triggered events

Say I have [[Rashmi, Eternities Crafter]] out and then cast [[Rogue Refiner]], what triggers first? Do I first reveal the top library card as per Rashmi, or do I draw a card first? I tried looking it up in the rules but now I think I'm more confused than before...
