I made a mistake and bought cheap Windows 7 license keys online

To start, I am from the Czech Republic, the site that I bought it on is apparently based in the UK. Actually now that I checked the site, I can't find them stating where they are based, maybe I made it up, but they might have removed it as well. EDIT: Found them stating that they are based in Belize.

Back to the topic - I made it even worse by buying five at once, because my brother sometimes builds PCs and it could come in handy.

Obviously, the keys don't work. I understand that the £25 isn't a lot to most of you guys, but it's not too little for a student whose only source of income is tutoring elementary school level English.

So I contacted them the moment I found out, opened a ticket on their site. They responded the next day saying that they would resolve this problem "by way of a replacement key or a full refund".

Long story short, they sent me two more keys that don't work and they NEVER REFUSED to make a refund. They rather stayed silent. This happened over a month ago, I am always trying to keep the ticket open, but usually when I just tell them to give me the refund already, they just don't respond.

The order was placed 27th May 2018. I just hope it's not too late now.
