Where is the Amarr Imperial War Reserve

So, I was running mining sites for the Amarr Imperial War Reserve tonight and built up a few k LP. However, when I look the IWR up in the Corp search, I am not finding any locations.

Asking around in Mining chat wasn't fruitful.

While I understand some folks hate PvE, where can I cash out my Amarr IWR LP?
