Is there anything that increases likelihood of 2 attacks instead of 1?

I am starting to think something is up since my dozen gold pot pokemon were all 2 attacks...thats 2 mewtwos (one shiny), a moltres, 2 mews, and 5 staryus...

Is there a totem or an item in the store or a specific thing that might be doing this that i didnt notice?
