Blank screen on PC Viber

Hello guys,

I'm having an Error that I couldnt find a solution anywhere.
I dont know how to call it, its just blank. To see something on the viber window I must open some black screen behind of it. Just like in the video attached.
I've tried to reinstall it, change some settings on compatibility mode, still nothing..
