...It's the booze
Had my first attack about a month ago after indulging far too much on holiday (5/6 beers a day plus wine / gin, followed by one almighty binge at a festival). Cleaned up my diet, cut back on the booze, smashed ACV and cherry supplements, the whole shabang and was generally feeling good.
Fast forward to Friday, stag do, literally countless beers over two days and multiple other concoctions and, low and behold, gout strikes!
If my original attack was not a wake up call then this one is, my relationship with beer is definitely over and my relationship with booze will probably head that way aswell.
