How deal with tryndamere?

This guy is pretty much always on my insta ban list. I used to take grasp now I take phase so I can disengage quicker. Anyway his sustain is mental, plus crits and true damage on conquerer makes it virtually impossible to duel him. How do you guys deal with it? What do you build? I go bamis, tabis, phage and then try and rush randuins, maybe throw a bramble vest in there. But I just can't seem to win games vs this guy.
