How much fps should I be getting on my PC

I have a 144Hz monitor, but I've been getting 100-120 DPS only, so I feel I'm not using it to my advantage. I have an I5-7400 and a GTX 1060 3GB, with 8GB of DDR4 RAM.

Am I getting the fps that answer should be getting on this PC (I play on max texture and texture filtering with 100% scale and the reflections setting on)? Is something wrong with my game/PC that means I'm not getting the fps I should? Or is my PC just not enough to run the game so well? I have a couple friends with older GPUs getting better frames than me.
