He broke my heart.

I was in a relationship with a man whose ex wife cheated on him and left him for another man.

I did everything I could to show him how appreciated he was. I did everything I could to show him I cared and that I loved him. I cooked, I cleaned his house, I did his laundry, I took care of his pets, I made sure he was always "satisfied." I never asked for much in return, just a little bit of affection and loyalty.

Well I caught him cheating the day before my birthday. THE DAY BEFORE MY FUCKING BIRTHDAY. After everything I have ever done for him, his birthday gift to me was to cheat on me and rip my heart out. I am so disappointed in him. If he know how horrible it feels to be cheated on, why would he do this to me? I thought he was a better man.

Now the day after my birthday he wants to text me about salt and pepper grinders I may have accidentally packed up when I left.

I know it wasnt necessary for him to message me. He just wants a reason to break no contact and hurt me more.

I don't know why I deserve this..
