Getting some tips regarding Mindset
Hi, I think mindset a fundamental part of achieving success and should be done before you even consider taking on a new goal.
I think principally this comes down to the basic idea that if you aren't prepared mentally to handle a task, then you're ultimately going to struggle to complete that task as people have a tendency to stop as soon as you start hitting any difficulties.
Looking at examples of successful people, in every case all of them hit issues at times when achieving their goals, but in each case they always say that having the right mindset to keep going is what got them through.
I was wondering what others thought about this and how they develop their own mindset when setting out to achieve a goal. What do you do? What routines do you have? How do you stick to it in tough times?
I've just posted a new video to my Youtube channel, Happy Facts Lifestyle, to Develop a Winning Mindset, and am considering doing follow up videos to delve deeper into the subject, so any thoughts on this subject will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
