[English -> Japanese] Sesame allergy

Hi,

I’m going to Japan in a couple of weeks and I am mildly allergic to sesame seeds and sesame oil.

Could someone help me out by translating the following sentences to Japanese (In Kanji so I can print cards and including phonetics to pronounce it)?

“Hello, I am mildly allergic to sesame seeds and sesame oil.”

“Would it be possible to order [menu item] without sesame?”

“Could you show me/tell me which dishes don’t contain sesame?”
