This game only has servers in the East/South East of US?

So I've been using my XR500 Netgear router and I'm currently based in the UK. Why is it that when I choose to connect to a EU based server it never connects to one and instead connects to US based servers?

Even when enabling my geofilter, which works fine for other games, then limiting it to Europe only, it still only picks up the same 2 servers located in the US (which I then can't connect to unless I expand my filter range).

What's the point in a regional matchmaking setting for Europe if I'm being connected to the US still? My ping is between 15-25 which is pretty good but I'm just wondering why the "Europe servers" setting connects to US?
