Pelicans Snowballs on Clovis ave..

Anyone know what’s up with this place? Drove by on the way home from a movie and there was at least 40-50 people in line at almost 9pm, and the tables in front were all taken too.. I take it they serve snow cones, but I must be missing something... can a snow cone be worth all that?
