Build a Village/Castle/Town Mod with Something to do after it's built?

I know there are mods out there where you become a Jarl, or build a castle/manor/store/villa or what have you. But the few I've tried out appear to be all about the building. Once it's done the little village I've created seems pretty dead. Maybe I collect Gold every week or something, but beyond that nothing happens.

Obviously the exception to this is Legacy of the Dragonborn, but beyond that I was wondering if maybe I've missed a mod that had more meat after you built your fiefdom, than before it?
