First time builder in Japan
What will you be doing with this PC? Be as specific as possible, and include specific games or programs you will be using.
Primarily gaming/streaming. Fortnite, Fallout games, MGS, GTAV/(Red Dead 2, given a PC release). Preferably semi-future proofed.
What is your maximum budget before rebates/shipping/taxes?
I'd like to stick around $2200 (240,000¥) or less; but can be a bit flexible, if a little bit more money would result in a much better build. EDIT: If I can achieve ultra high settings, a less expensive PC is definitely welcome.
When do you plan on building/buying the PC? Note: beyond a week or two from today means any build you receive will be out of date when you want to buy.
Would like to start ordering parts ASAP, and assemble it in a week or two. (Would rather buy the parts now, and then build when I have ample free time on the weekends).
What, exactly, do you need included in the budget? (Tower/OS/monitor/keyboard/mouse/etc) I'm starting from scratch, so everything I guess. I have some monitors (60-144hz), but all advice is greatly appreciated.
Which country (and state/province) will you be purchasing the parts in? If you're in US, do you have access to a Microcenter location?
Tokyo, Japan
If reusing any parts (including monitor(s)/keyboard/mouse/etc), what parts will you be reusing? Brands and models are appreciated.
No reused parts.
Will you be overclocking? If yes, are you interested in overclocking right away, or down the line? CPU and/or GPU? Initially no, but as I learn more about PC gaming, probably.
Are there any specific features or items you want/need in the build? (ex: SSD, large amount of storage or a RAID setup, CUDA or OpenCL support, etc)
SSD; possibly a capture card for streaming purposes?
Do you have any specific case preferences (Size like ITX/microATX/mid-tower/full-tower, styles, colors, window or not, LED lighting, etc), or a particular color theme preference for the components?
Preferably a mid-tower or full-tower to make it a bit easier to build / manage cables, etc.
Do you need a copy of Windows included in the budget? If you do need one included, do you have a preference?
I'll probably go with Windows 10 Home (64-bit), but am open to any/all suggestions.
I have included a build that I have pieced together from browsing a lot of this subreddit / other areas of the web. Admittedly, I am a complete noob at picking out proper stuff for a PC, so any help is definitely appreciated.
