My dog loves to eat paper

As the title explains, pup loves paper. Eats it, rips it up. Likes it more than his own food, as well as other inedible things like wood and stones. No and no cues don't work, and it's every paper he finds. Any way to stop him or disuade him? He gets sick or gets diarrhea from it.
