Anti aliasing problems? Weird flickering and jagged edges

I had to reinstall wow, updated my graphic drivers and then it started to look weird.
I always was playing on 1680x1050 monitor, gtx 1050ti and i5 4600k, 16 gb ram. I've always had the game on max settings, changing antialiasing doesn't seem to help. I gotta add that I've noticed some AA problems in other games as well. What do I do?
