BW Lich Mastery Deck

With all the Lifegain coming with M19 I think I’ll try to make Lich Mastery work.

Lich Mastery will provide endless Draw

Regal Bloodlord creatures to sac

And Reliquary Tower will allow you to keep all the cards in hand.

If I make it work and end up having the whole deck in Hand, can I lose cause I can’t draw anymore while having Lich Mastery in the game?
