Why is (England vs India) and (England vs Colombia) at the same time?

Guess the organizers expected England to crash out the group stages!

Seems silly tbh. Stadium expected to be well under full capacity and can't really blame the English fans either - their chance to win a World Cup KO game in ages.

Why can't they just move the start time to just a few hours earlier? Everybody wins.
