Explanation of Binance listing?

I'm kinda feeling a weird contradiction between the Binance listing, and everything that has surrounded the Binance listing from the Nebulas team.

So, it is hard to know how much they will have payed for the listing, but it will have been a lot of money. Why did they spend that money?

To get some hype? Apparently not. What about - to increase the visibility of the project, and to make the coin more easily accessible to investors and devs? This seems like the most reasonable inference.

So, if that is that case, why would they not accompany the six or seven figures being spent on this vehicle for visibility and accessibility with ANYTHING else. Not even a few hours of an intern’s time on a Medium post? Literally nothing else in terms of promoting visibility and accessibility.

Nebulas are very good at keeping us up to date with updates from the development side. I'm sure I'm not the only one who would appreciate something in the way of a justification, or clarification of how the money spent on the Binance fits into a larger plan.
