Bounty Hunter and roaming

So I recently came back into the game after I stopped playing 3 years ago

I’d always liked bounty hunters play style and decided to spam him a bit and trying to roam. Probably ambitious considering how long it’s been since I’ve played.

Anyway I read a thread on here recently about roaming being dead and I definitely echo some of the sentiments. I’ve had some really good starts moving about disrupting lanes and getting kills however I end up woefully under levelled which really kills any momentum from a strong start.

With roaming apparently being less viable than it used to be what effect does this have on bounty and where do you see him being played currently? What is going to be the best role to get some wins playing with him?
