FaceIT Elo loss over night without playing

hey guys,

i lost like 80 elo points from yesterday to today without playing any match or registred in any tournament or cup.

i played my last match on the 01.07.18. No one of my mates is banned we are playing almost every game as 5 premades but i even looked on every profile from my last 20-30 matches.

would be nice if i got a answer or even my elo back if it was a mistake

everyone who got premium or faceit enhancer can see that i had 1719 elo before and suddenly its 1643 thats almost 4 wins in a row and i just bought 3-4 days ago supporter cuz i was in a higher elo and thought that its worth it now to buy.
