Kapkan or Frost? Which one is better for noobs?

I made the worst mistake of my life and bought starter edition. I heard all the bad things about it and still bought it anyways. I couldn't even buy starter edition now. Anyways Then I bought 1800 points and got lesion, ela and dok. Then I bougth season 3 pass since I had only like 6 operators. Now I have enought renown to buy Kapkan and enough r6 points to buy Frost. I want another trapper. Which one is suits better for a 27 level silver 2 noob? Or do you any other recommendations? Currently I have Ash, Fuse, Dok, Ela, Lesion, Smoke, Lion, Finka, Maestro and Alibi
