DAEs nparent give you porn/erotica? [mentions of rape and abuse in fiction, mentions of maturation]

So I have been thinking about a specific thing that happened to me when I was young that I'm not really shore if it's normal or not.

I was about 11-12 when this happened.

I was in a period where I was listening to a lot of audio books, and mu Ndad has always had a big collection of them on his computer so naturally I asked him for a recommendation.

I don't remember the title of the book he gave me but it was a series and it was about this cave woman who got abandoned as a child by her tribe abd got picked up by a different tribe, only this tribe was Neanderthal people while she was what would later be the modern human.

The first book was full of depictions of abuse that she suffered at the hands of her adopted tribe and even a lot of graphic depictions of rape and assault. At one point she even gets pregnant and runs away from the tribe to leave the baby for wolfs to eat.

I don't remember alot about the second and third book exept that she finds another tribe with the same kind of humans as here and there is an Orgy type of thing going on? She also gets raped again and has consensual sex with another guy.

I remember really liking the books and listening to them on the way to school and before bed. (I even remember masturbating to them).

I realize that my Ndad basically gave me porn but I'm not sure if that is unusual or not? So has enyone else had a similar experience?
