Need advice on going forwards

So i just finished my End of year PPEs for Year 12 (English school system), I got a U in maths, an E in Chemistry and an A in Biology. I have concessions for my exams because of my physical disabilities, usually a laptop but in maths i get given a scribe. For my first maths exam, i had to wait 30 minutes after the exams had started because nobody showed up to where i was supposed to be having my test. It turns out, the exam board had completely forgotten about me and didn't tell the scribe i was doing a test and didn't organise my papers. As well as this, i didn't get an equation sheet that everyone else sitting the test got. I can't get into any universities with these grades, my predicted grades are D D A* because of these exams, which i feel were ruined by the exam board's mistake. I'm too physically disabled to take an apprenticeship and i can't retake the year, so i'm completely lost as to what i should do. The board know the mistake took place but are doing nothing about it and it's really worrying me that this has completely ruined my future.
