Am I being wise or ignorant?

I made a video with a 7 second " Yiruma - River flows in you" part, and it has copy strikes on the music. I used it again and made another video but this time i made " River flows in you " slightly slower. 100% for normal speed and i changed mine in 95%, my video never had any strikes again. I only used it for sad puns and memes hahaha.

Im thinking, i can do this in other music to be bgm, but NOT INTENTIONALLY use the whole thing. Just 5 to 10s max

is it ok??
