My dad is dying from alcoholism, something to help me through any part of this.

My father is an alcoholic and he's probably going to die this week from it soon. He was just life flighted to another hospital.

I either need a book to help with his death which is complicated and I feel anger and hurt along with grief or something to help me mentally repair the damage the alcoholism has left on my life.

Or if there is a book to help adult children of alcoholics deal with the death of a parent who is dying/died due to alcoholism that'd be perfect.

My life is a wreck and books help a lot.
