I fucking love this game.

My friend and I have been playing a multiplayer game with 6 AI on King difficulty for a few sessions now. This morning he finally took the lead as Ghandi, where I began to lag behind as Germany (just entered the industrial era, both of us). While he's taking the lead with wonders and expansion, I'm still far out performing him in gold production, almost X4 what he's making.

World Congress came along not too long ago and he has 4 votes given he beat me to Forbidden Palace and founded the damn thing. Guess what we just both proposed? Embargo eachother. This will seriously fuck up my economy if it goes through, if I was somehow able to get him embargoed then I could slow him down enough to catch up. Now I'm scrambling my diplomats around, not sure if I should rally us all to match his 4 votes or save myself with other civs voting no on my own embargo.

In short, this game is so fun! I'm so nervous on what will happen in the next vote, I have some secret cities not far from his capital, if he should pass the embargo will it mean war? This game is just so complicated but it makes it so fun. I love civ.
